ACCOMODATION

• 1) Room charges: Rs. 649/- per day.
• 2) Delegate card combo offer: Rs 500/- per day.
• 3) Availability of AC Rooms shall be intimidated soon.
• 4) The allotment of the rooms will be done by the Accommodation In-Charges, based on the contingent size and duration of stay, hence available on a first-come, first-served basis.
• 5) Things provided by us include a mattress, pillow, pillow cover and a bed-sheet.
• 6) Any damage to the rooms/hostel property/beddings will lead to deduction from the security deposit, decided by the Resident Warden.
• 7) It is requested that you contact the Accommodation In-Charges to confirm your participation and/or the total number of delegates from your college requiring accommodation beforehand, for ease in room allocation and availing special contingent discount offers.
• 8) Teams are requested to inform the Accommodation Desk at least 2 hours prior to their checking out.
